I will never, ever hire Greg or his kids at Glenview Mechanical again. He did not know what he was doing. Greg tried to pull the toilet to fix a clog. Instead of unscrewing the floor bolts, he used an eclectic rip saw to cut the bolts. In doing so, he tore up my newly laid floor costing a thousand more in floor repairs. He charged four times more than his quote. I did not argue with him. I just paid him and knew I would never call him again.



To make matters worse and to show how unprofessional he is, a few months later, when I was out with my work associates, he walked by. I was courteous and said hello. He yelled so all in the group could hear, “OH MY GOD, HE IS STALKING ME! I CAN’T BELIEVE IT, (he called out my name) IS STALKING ME!”
