Had a cleaning on October 15th. Looked at the downspout that weekend and it was clogged. Sent an e-mail to Sameera Mirza, Customer Care Representative.



After two weeks of no response, I followed up again and they apologized for the delay and 'would look into it.' A week passed and I was told: (Exact e-mail.)



"When I talked to the management team they told me that this concern was under investigation. They told me they will come up with a decision and let me know. I will let you know how we can rectify the situation.

Under investigation? It's a clogged gutter that would take 2 minutes to fix. Since it took a month and was still 'under investigation' I told them do not come back, I would clean it myself.



Avoid this business at all cost.

Had all my interior and exterior windows cleaned, screens and outside lights. They look fantastic! Fast, professional and courteous service at a resonable price. Wish I know of their company sooner. Will use again and highly recommend.

Bubbles did a great job... This is the second time I have used the service. They did power washing patio, driveway and steps and windows. It really makes a difference. Old cement looks brand new again. On time, quick, very friendly and moved the patio furniture back into place when finished. I will have them come every spring when I want to get the house looking its best.

We used Bubbles Window Washing and Gutter Cleaning for washing windows, cleaning gutters and pressure washing concrete. They did an excellent job, were reasonably priced, and professional. We will be calling them again.

I worked with Bubbles to get a group of neighbor's windows washed. The prices beat the competition, the staff is friendly and organized, and the technicians were on-time and did an amazing job. No one could believe that such high quality work was being done for such a great price!

New to the area I wanted to find a company that actually cared about my small job of cleaning gutters. The Bubbles staff were polite, explained what would happen, what did happen and then followed up to make sure they delivered as promised. Fantastic! I even asked them to ring me next year for a fresh check up.

I can now see out my windows thanks to Bubbles! The cloud of dirt from winter is gone and now I will have a clear view of an emerging spring. The process was quick and painless and the worker did a great job.
