On our wedding day, we were scheduled for 2 straight rides in a black limo - 2 hr min trip for $160 - without waiting. The ride to the wedding was 30 mins; and return to the reception was 45 mins. When it came time to pay, the fee to the wedding was reasonable; however, the return fee was more than double the ride to the wedding. Our final charge = $282.90. Over pymt of $86.10. For the return, we were given a complimentary bottle of sparkling juice. When I called to express our dissatisfaction; the manager never call back. I called back two days later, I was offered a $55.35 credit which included a $15 charge for the approved comp bottle of sparkling juice. The manager informed me that I really did not deserve the credit stating I confirmed a two hour return to the reception. Why would any sane person confirm a two hour return ride from Evanston to Skokie that only took 45 minutes?! There is still a $30.75 difference that is owed. What happened to TRUE customer service?
