Their ordering process by fax or mail is archaic, they messed up my order, and when I called about it they were very rude and disrespectful. Places who treat their customers like this don't deserve to stay in business. If I had to get a part and they were the only place that had it, I would pay 10x as much to have it fabricated at a machine shop rather than give Poppert's one more dollar of my hard earned money. Buyer beware.
