I have been taking my dogs to this place for awhile now. I used to take them to petco in waterworks but i found this place to be closer and overall a better experience for my dogs. The lady who runs this place is really amazing at what she does. Every time i take my dogs there, she always takes good care of them and when they are finished they look good and even smell good. Overall, the dog bone grooming is the way to go, with their expertise of grooming and the low costs. I will definitely be going back in the future!

I had a situation that required 6 dogs to get a severe grooming. The owner scheduled me an appointment where I could bring all 6 dogs in one morning and said that she would have her friend assist. I will tell you that when I arrived for the appointment, she and her friend were very professional and forward as to what to expect and due to the condition of the dogs, they said that they would try their best. They really did an exceptional job just powering through the process for each pup. They were focused and kind , they were gentle and caring. It was a refreshing experience. The owner even gave me a great discount considering all the work that her and her friend had to do. They gave me a catalog and helped me find the right tools to keep the dogs' fur in good condition. I cannot thank them enough. I truly, truly appreciate all that they did. I would recommend the Dog Bone to everyone. They are truly wonderful people. :)

They did a great job grooming my 6 dogs. They really were wonderful. I would recommend them to everyone. I cannot tell you how happy they truly made me with their work. I appreciate all that they do. :)

Very gentle when cutting nails!!!!!!

I called the Dog Bone to inquire about bringing my toy poodle in for grooming. He is currently going to Petco for grooming but is a puppy and still apprehensive about the grooming process. I have been working with him alot at home and he is getting much better, but I thought he would benefit from a smaller shop where he would be the only dog. Well, before I could even ask anything I was rudely told she didnt have any Saturdays open (wasn't planning on that anyways!) I asked the lady here if we could come in to see her shop and have him meet her quickly before I booked an appointment, or even just come in for something quick like nail clipping. She cut me off in the middle of my sentence telling me she didnt have time to just 'play' with my dog (not what I was asking to do), that she was busy, (I understand, but still). So needless to say we will not be going here. Any professional groomer should know that some puppies need to be acclimated to grooming at short and small intervals. This is clearly just a business for her and I do not feel she has the dog's best interest in mind

Excellent good with my border collie made her comfortable for paw trimming and nail cutting. Very impressed.
