I didn’t know what to expect when calling a pest control company exactly, but I am so glad I did. Knowledgeable and personable, recommend to anyone experiencing any kind of pest issue.

These guys are insightful, informed and basically brilliant, they know their stuff. I used to use a different company until their prices dramatically changed without warning. So, I decided to give Natures Way a try, as their prices are reasonable and you choose the package you want based on your needs, no surprises. On top of that, I could not believe how professional, knowledgeable and friendly these guys were. The best part of all, they came when they said they were going to, I won't be using any other companies again now that I have found Natures Way.

I give Nature's Way Pest Control one star for showing up. I was charged $325 for bee removal even though we were quoted $175 - $275 prior to the technician (Tom) showing up. The technician worked for about one hour, stated that he didn't believe that he had "gotten the nest" and that he would likely have to return. Sure enough the bees returned and migrated a separate location. I called the technician to return (they claim to warranty their work). After treating what the technician claimed was a second nest (clearly there was no nest at the first location) I was charged an additional $200 under the claim that the warranty was only for the first location (there was no nest there!!! Just an entrance to the house for bees). Be very wary of this company (at least this particular technician) as they are not forthcoming with their fees/billing structure, and far from professional. They should have surveyed the entire site, located all nests, and provided one price to complete the job. Instead they lure you in with low rates, then prey on customers ignorance and attempt to make money off of extra charges that are not explained up front. I would also add that the technician left his drill and flashlight in my attic (clearly a professional) and I had to make time on my weekend to ensure he retrieved his lost items.

They are prompt and professional. They have solved my problems with spiders and mice. I would recommend them to everyone.

Very satisfied with Nature's Way. The prices are fair and the Technicians have been extremely friendly & experienced. I had Carpenter Ants for about 5 years, another National company had been trying to rid them with no success. We finally got fed up with that company and called Nature's Way, that was 2 years ago and we haven't seen ants inside our home since. Call them

I recieved 2 outrageuos quotes from other companies, then a neighbor told me about Nature's Way. Everything for a reason, Their prices are much lower and the Technician was much more experienced and knowlegable. They solved our problems and the office staff is great, Highly recommend.

The most professional group of people you could ask for. From the women Rachel who schedules our services to the Technician Adam who protects our home. I even recieved a phone call from the owner of this company asking how our service was going. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgable,& experienced. They use "green" products and my family was able to stay home when the services are done.Best of all they solved my Carpenter Ant & Termite problem. They did everything they said they would do and then some. I highly recommend this crew.
