The billing process was very helpful. They email you your invoice about a week before it is due. Also, I was able to pay online which was convenient since I was out of state most of the time. I actually forgot my login information a few times and the manager was helpful in gaining it back. Oh yeah and they have security cameras which made me feel better leaving my stuff there. Gave it 4 stars because I really don't have other storage experiences to compare it with but if I ever need a place in the area I will probably use them again.

Don't be late, due to unfortunate circumstances my son was late. The lady I been dealing with was so mean and rude when I spoke to her on Saaturday. I am in my 60's and I have never been talked to the way this young lady did. After I got off the phone I just sat there and cried, I told my husband i never want to ever talk to her again. I know my son shouldn't have been late but after his brain surgery his wife left him so we had to store his things. After he moved in the bank froze his account and also some other issues happened. Some things just can't be helped. I did speak to one girl that works one day a week and she is so awesome and sweet, now the lady need to take lessons from her. Oh well enough said hopefully we will get these issues resolved and get his things out soon if we don't it is what it is.
