This will be the second transmission that Buff-O-Matic has done for me. The first one was my 99 Honda CRV, which Shawn did for me about eight years ago and is still running strong! Recently I bought a 2003 VW Eurovan (known for their transmission issues). Shawn not only re-built the transmission, but also did his research and had his mechanics put in an after market cooler to give the transmission a longer life. Once you see the entire operation at Buff-O-Matic and talk to Shawn's experienced, professional mechanics (Seriously, from Torque Converters to valve body's these guys really know what their doing) you will immediately know that this is a place that knows their transmissions. Shawn understands transmissions, I really don't think there is anyone in this area with more knowledge and experience, or a better run operation. Not only will he take you on a tour of his facility which is really impressive, but he introduces you to the exact mechanics that will be working on your transmission. This place is for real and they stand behind their work! Thank you SHAWN.

went to buffomatic with my vehicle because i saw transmission fluid all over the ground and they were pretty close by. Glad I did because they figured out right away what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. I have had no problems since and appreciate the quick service and care that was taken to get me back on the road.

They are garbage. Their diagnosis didn't meet the facts and after I let them put a rebuilt transmission in I still had issues they told me the transmission trouble codes had nothing to do with the transmission they put in but magically they fixes the issue don't go to this shop. I crawled 6 miles to get there just cause I knew they were there and I ended up geting hosed

Shawn is one of the most knowledgable men I've ever met he can explain the ins and outs of your vehicle and any vehicle at that, he will explain step by step what he's going to do to your vehicle and why! A very trust worthily man so why go anywhere Elsa no one can bet his knowledge I would give him 10 stars ⭐if I could ! Really excellent service. Several months after having a my transmission rebuilt by Buffomatic, and after I had moved across the country, I had a problem with it (later found to be caused by a manufacturing defect in the Ford part). I called the owner half expecting excuses and the runaround. Instead, he found me a local shop and paid to have them fix the problem. Even though the problem wasn't his fault, he made sure I was taken care of. This is an honest man who stands by his work.

I do not recommend this place. The owner was extremely unprofessional, they did a poor job, and outright lied about the amount of time spent on my vehicle. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any business!
