My "blonde" highlights were in the orange family. The strands were so thin and so many of them it looked like I just lightened my hair. I had to dye it back the following week. Wasted $150 and 3 hours. I'm not a fan of basements with low ceilings, but they did a good job disguising that. Would not go back - not even to get hair fixed by another stylist.

I love the tranquil setting and neighborhood feel of this salon. I've now been coming to this salon for over 10 years. As a resident of Anne Arundel County I have no problem making the 25 minute drive to As You Like It b/c of the service and price for the service. I've tried many different salons over the years and have always found myself going back to As You Like It. Hands down they are always up on the latest trends and it's so nice to go into a salon and tell the person you want something different but you don't know what and for the person (Kara) to give me ideas instead of saying "well what do you want?" Thank you for the great service!

Talk about STEEL MAGNOLIAS!!! this salon fits the bill. I have been to many famous spas and the massages do not compare to the massage I received at As You Like It Salon and Spa. I also had a facial and it too was the best I've had. I would highly recommend this homey, comfy little gem!!!!!

This is not only a local salon, they draw clients from far and wide. It is a friendly and warm salon with very talented people in all arenas, hair, nails , skin care and massages. I get compliments on my hair at least once a week sometimes more often. I thoroughly enjoy their facials, pedicures and massages. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone.
