I first called to set up a spay for my cat, the girl who answered left me on hold for over 7 minutes and once the 9th minute rolled by I hung up. Im a patient person but thats just ridiculous. Very unprofessional!

I took my puppy in for a spay on Friday the 24th of October, she passed away on Sunday the 26th of October. I approached the vet the next day because something obviously went wrong when I did they denied any wrong doing and said I was insulting there "pride" they also said that maybe the puppy couldn't take the procedure. After the fact I have found out that they don't perform any medical testing prior to surgeries they don't give you a list of warnings, or post operative care instructions had they my puppy may have still been alive. I had a necropsy done and they are still trying to deny wrong doing even after I informed them that they were at fault. They are going by what the emergency hospital said which is just a tentative diagnosis, which the necropsy supersedes I even spoke with the hospital and they agreed that the vet should know that the necropsy supersedes any tentative diagnosis that is why it is tentative. I had second thoughts about this place and I should have stuck to my gut feeling. They nickel and dime you and they weren't even going to let me meet the doctor they said it would be at a 27.00 charge to have the puppy examined to even meet him. They are rude and very unprofessional. The assistant is very insensitive to the fact that my puppy is gone. Be very careful if you use them. Please read other reviews.

The cost is very reasonable for shots or visits. The girls in the front office are unprofessional and rude. Almost every communication I have had with them has been met with impatience and unprofessionalism both in person and on the telephone. They need to be fired or retrained.
