I have gone to Dr. Daniel for back pain and neck pain on prior recommendation. He explains the reason behind pain and teaches exercise with focus on posture and right muscles being used. He took sessions to teach exercises correctly and ensured a follow up. Finally my back is much stronger and neck pain under control. If one is interested in not just reducing pain but getting back to doing all the normal physical activities, I suggest ProMet Physical Therapist.
