My worst experience--do not use!!!

Over the phone, my husband ordered flowers for my mom's birthday. When I arrived to pick up the flowers, the front desk woman rudely stated that they did not have my order and that my husband had not called the order in. I called my husband and sure enough, this rude woman was the one he had placed the order with three days prior. She yelled at me stating that there was not an order even though she still had not looked for it. Her attitude seemed very inappropriate considering she was yelling at me instead of trying to look for my order and solve the problem. Then all of a sudden she remembered that she DID take my husband's order. NO apology after she discovered her mistake or acknowledgement that she had been wrong. However, she claimed that the designer had not filled my order so she didn't have my mom's bouquet (no explanation). She didn't offer any solutions, substitutions, or apologizes. She just kept yelling at me as I became more confused on why she was yelling at me for HER mistake. I will NEVER do business with them. About 30 minutes later, we received a call from a man at the florist who stated that he had found my mom's flowers on a top shelf and we could pick them up. However, at this point we were not going to give this incompetent florist our business and I recommend that you don't either!
