They tried to charge me for things that were not in the original quote, including tape! They unplugged my freezer, didn't load it on the truck, and when I went back the next day everything had thawed out. One of the movers said to me "we got this we are professionals," in reality they were anything but. They continue to ignore my request to resolve the issue with my freezer.

Used this company on 2/21/15 because their price was the best, 3 men for $75/hr. What a mistake. They were slow, the lead mover was rude, they made me pay for 15 minutes extra time, tried to make me pay for things not originally quoted (mileage, minimum hours, etc.), he even wanted to charge me $5 for tape!!! The best part was the fact that they unplugged my freezer to move it, didn't load it on the truck, and all of the contents were defrosted when I returned to my old home the next day. I talked to the owner to try to resolve the issue and after speaking to me once I have not heard back from him again. Trust me, find another company, paying extra would be worth it.
