Was cut off three times!!! Downloading Nero 9 took most of the day. Clicked to received a serial number for the trial, waited most of the day and never received it.



Cut off once again 2/22/09 @ 2:50pm..... What's up with this company?



One more time and I'm going to another company....



Now it got to the recording that I'm caller #1..... so, where is a human? Music, music, music.... Just to load a dvd burner.... what a joke!



Guy who finally answered the phone was rude and no help at all!!!!! Jeez, you would think in this economy that people would really go the extra step knowing that their job may be on the line.



I'm going to download.com and downloading a free dvd writer. This was a total waste of time!!!
