Pool not cleaned as instructed on a regular basis. Filter not cleaned, leaving cloudy water. Staff was onsite for less then 8 minutes weekly, and it showed. Unsuccessful in resolving with Hamlet. Do not recommend.

Great service ..we have been using this company for the past 6 years, very prompt rain or shine they will show up, friendly staff. also they have fixed our pool last year & the job was done on time ,, great job, defenetly would recommend this company.

Horrible, tired workers with no drive or ambition to clean your pool. Owner appears to manage tired business from couch, with what appears to be under age family members trying to work out all the kinks. Pool not cleaned weekly, filters cleaned annually, equipment not put away when finished. If you’re looking for a sparkling clean pool with rockstar service, this sleepy dated business is not for you.

I was extremely happy with the staff and with the service. They recently replastered by pool and it was scheduled and completed in a short amount of time with no problems. I also have no problems with the monthly services.

Would prefer better communication with clients - I think the company forgot who manages who. No specific timeframe offered for service, coupled with messy clean up work after dispatched pool cleaner leaves premises. Phone calls not returned.
