We found this place by word of mouth. They were really really busy, so it took a moment to get help. But Once we got help They were very knowledgeable, answer all of our questions and pointed us in the right direction. Professional and fun to deal with. Oh, and my wife loves the pigs. lol

This is absolutely the WORST business I've even dealt with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! After multiple questions, the employees were not competent nor did they answer specific questions about city ordinances. They lied about specific information which caused us to have to return 5 chickens (one disease ridden and dead just days after purchase - my guess is because they have hundreds of birds crammed into a very tight and non-livable space) and multiple items such as pine shavings, food, cages, etc.

After returning them to the store because of a mandated city ordinance (the ordinance they lied about to begin with), they made us aware that they would not accept the return, even with a receipt and after only 4 days. When I spoke with the assistant manager (Daniel) of the store about the issues over the phone, he proceeded to just hand back the phone while I was in the middle of our conversation. He has been extremely RUDE and refused to talk with me or my wife about these issues.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, do business with this incompetent and unethical business.

They had so many dead animals, I was sick to my stomach. Left a review on their Facebook and they promptly blocked me. Should have gotten photos before they started scooping body after body out.

I thought of it as a nice place. Its also where i bought my turtle tommy. He is now enjoying a wonderous live

Don't buy birds at Pratts. I bought a pair of love birds and within two weeks one was dead. I also bought a pair of Lady Gouldians and one died within three days. I don't think their birds are in very good shape. I had never bought from them before and probably will not buy from them again. There is no guarantee on there birds so I'm out $145 for nothing. This is not a way to do bussiness. I should just walk in there and hand them money and walk out. Even Pet Smart has guarantees.

Every time I am in there, there are sick birds. They deny illness. Grounds and store are contaminated. Do not buy animals there.

I like going to Pratts for my bulk feed. I wish they carried more parrot supplies but hey they are more geared to farm animals. On the plus side they have lots of bulk seed, house blends or name brand. The staff is nice and helpful. Been going here for the last 10 years and will continue to do business with them.

I love this place they are vrey nice and seem to take good care of there pets .Prices far going back to get our 13 year old a nice pet for graduation . You should go there and take a look .

I go out of my way to stop in and see all they have. It changes all the time. I am a petting zoo and must buy baby and bunnies all times of the year. Pratts is a one stop always has what I need place.
