I couldn't be happier with there services. they took care of my trees. They did what the said they would for a great price. will be calling them back again. thanks guys

I found Jared from Papa Brothers landscaping on Craigslist for weed removal. He showed up as planned but it was just Jared and no one with him to help. When I asked him how he would be able to do the job by himself, he stated they had booked multiple jobs at the same time and wanted to make extra by having the split up and do the jobs by themselves. He reassured he would be able to handle it by himself.



Unfortunately, he only did half the job stated he would be back to finish the rest. When I called him later, because he made no attempts to call me to come back, he stated his aunt was just diagnosed with cancer and he wasn't going to be available for 2 months. Since he a gave me a 6 month guarantee the weeds would be gone or he would come back, I figured he would take care any new ones when he came back.



Low and behold, he never did and it took forever to get a response from him, when I contacted him 2 months later to still finish the job and honor his 6 month guarantee, he now told me that his truck had been stolen and he was out of business. I than asked for a refund, since now I would have to find another person to do the job he never completed.



He only offered a refund that wasn't even half of what I paid him, after I stated I would write this review. Even after he admitted he only did half the job and supposedly he was "out of business". He said he would send a small refund is if I did not write any reviews about what he did and of course didn't do. It was curious why he cared about a review, when he was supposedly "out of business".



He was very dishonest, greedy, and actively trying to avoid doing what he promised or even the job he was asked to do. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company or Jared, because they are just out for the money and using any dishonest techniques to get paid without ever doing the job properly.

This was the best service I have received in a long time! Fast, frendly, and honest. They did an amazing job. This will be the last lawn service I will ever use!

Would definitely recommend this company. Family oriented, English speaking company. Showed up on time and completed the work exactly how my husband and I wanted. Prices were very reasonable as well. We are now on a monthly maintenance plan with Papa Brother's

I would not recommend this company. They are by no means a professional company. My yard would've looked better had I hired some kids. Keep looking! Don't waste you money!
