This is the worst company ever, trying to get CPap equipment since September 2017, it is now 12/5, totally incompetent company, don't waste time and effort dealing with them.

From the 1st day my Mother in law started using the services they
show the lack of pride they take in their jobs. If you have not yet
realized Lincare your customers are not healthy. They utilize your
oxygen and supplies to live, they should be forced into repeated follow up calls to ensure your job is done properly so they can continue to breath. Shame on your excuses as well as your professionalism or lack of. One day you too might be the patient, Karma. Customer service is important to customers return..

After using Lincare in my previous state, I find the customer service at the Peoria Az. office unbearable. Tried for over two months to get new CPAP with no success. Finally went to AMES. They delivered new CPAP in two days. Personnel at Lincare did not care about helping me and actually showed disdain when I asked them to do their job. I will not use Lincare again.
