i have used jackson hewitt for the past 10 years. Today i was looking for a location in Surprise, and was unable to. jackson hewitt doesn't apparently keep their website updated. i called the location in Glendale on Northern ave. i had the misfortune of speaking to a very rude lady. i believe she said her name was Eva. she definetely said she waas the receptionist. She refused me help stating it was my own problem. I will definitely remember this location. Apparently it is just fine to treat people rudely here being the last day of tax season. i will tell every one i know to avoid this location. if that is your first contact with this location, what are the tax preparers like.
