came out to my home and installed a battery in car. tried to start later in day, battery dead. paid $215 for a dead battery. 2nd company said no charge in battery and alternator was fine. Horrid company..Kimberly Graybeal not ethical. When called he said it was my problem now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. aka Angell's roadside and Kim's Roadside.
addition: You did not give me a receipt for the battery nor did you tell me where you bought it. As I do not have ESP it was impossible for me to return the battery for a refund. One thing was left out. You did not check the battery to make sure it was good. You did not check the alternator. 2nd company checked battery, it was bad. prior to him leaving he checked all to make sure everything was fine. Left out: what kind of roadside repair company does not have batteries on hand. As of April 16 I still do not have a receipt in order to get my money back. Was it even a new battery? Also left out: what kind of auto service brings their kids to a senior's home during COVID19? Very unprofessional. Receipt please.
