The Doctor was wonderfull, but the billing process was a nightmare.
The crew were changed 3 times during my treatment in a few few month.
Every time they were lost with billing informations.
Now I already paid and they are charging me again...
AVOID a headache!!
Think 2 times before start a treatment with them.

Everyone is an unfamiliar face at this office, because the staff turnover is constant. Hence, the communication is awful. No one knew the procedure I was having done, including me. The charges were bogus and did not coincide with their advertising. ISmile has been by far the worst dental experience I've had.

I recently had a lot of work done at I Smile and was very impressed with both the procedure and the results. Plus, for the first time in a while, I didn't have to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I was there yesterday with my girlfriend, (she's getting extractions and a partial) and the same employees that were there when I had my work done are still there. They even remembered me. I had to look up the phone # at yp.com and noticed a single star rating. I'm a business owner and I know how hard it can be finding the right employees. So, I decided to post the comment. The worst dental office you could imagine their people aren't good at what they do and it isn't a proper bussiness. Nobody to talk to when you have an issue Because of a problem they made. You get one set of teeth, beware the aftermath of going here could be permanent. I have a dentist at anothe place and he's awesome. I've had braces before and enjoyed that place. Second time around I chose Ismile and I've been dreading every visit they always have some problem they make with my teeth and never have supplies. I just want the braces off so I can forget ever going there
