I got a letter from the IRS and when I called Hank to tell him about it he told ME to call the IRS. When you pay good money to have a CPA prepare your taxes, you would expect that the CPA would call the IRS for you. He doesn't know the meaning of customer service. I would never use him again. I should have looked into his background sooner.
