Disappointed in both the quality of the product as well as the service we have been given. We purchased a living room set of three leather pieces and two years later, two of the pieces are peeling. We purchased the care package as well as the warranty and have talked to everyone available from the manufacturer to the store owner and no one is willing to take the ownership of fixing and doing what us right because we paid for it! We will never go back and we will share that with everyone we can!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I bought a 2 piece sectional, ottoman, and the extended warranty. Within a month a small crack appeared on the front of the frame of one part of the sofa. I called the warranty company. They said the warranty does not go into effect for a year and to call the store. I did and was told to "call the warehouse". The girl on the phone was clueless and said a manager would call me back. They never did. I called them hours later and was told a repair guy would come out. He came out and looked at the couch and told my wife he would order parts and come back. I get a call later saying it is not covered. I then ask why did I buy the 5 year FULL coverage (even accidents) warranty?? I went back to the store demanding a refund. The manager then said he would call his"warranty people" and has been ducking my calls ever since. I am in the process of getting a lawsuit against them.

POOR Customer Service

Disgusting! Purchased a couch from this store, custom made, chose an in stock color. Was advized by the rep who happens to be the owners in law that it would take three weeks. After three weeks received a call from the warehouse that they don't have the color in stock. Had to go to the store again that evening and picked a new color. It was delivered two weeks later to find that there were stains on the couch, tares , and the pillows were not the design I picked oylut. Advised them to take the couch back and reduce it. The office stated I was stuck with it, or I would receive store credit. NO! They now called us to say it was ready and we would have a morning appointment. To find out the stupid B**** at the warehouse stated no to us it would be between the hours of 12 and 4 pm. Called the store and again requested the owners number to contact to complain, and again was told they have no idea how to contact him. You are a disgrace of an organization who doesn't even know how to contact the owner! If the couch comes back again as it did the first time...chanel 3 and 12 will be called. Good thing my wife took pictures would love to get the owners celebrity b status in Az toen!!

I brought 2 sofas a dinning room table and chairs and a bedroom set fast delivery and great quality would highly recommend furniture king to all my friends and family great customer service and friendly delivery guys

stay away dont waste your money!! bought a sofa and love seat (750)not even a year later sofa seats going flat, they refuse to fix or replace. horrible customer service this company is not in the business of repeat customers. their repair guy came out and even agreed with us the sofa was defective but store fuses to fix or replace basically says not their problem their wartty is only 90 days. also there sales rep lie about what type of warrty they sell you.

I have shopped at FurnitureKing (glendale location) several times and I have found the Sales Staff always Polite, knowledgeable and eager to make our purchase a pleasant experience. I have recommended several of my friends and they have been happy as well. Their pricing blows away all other Furniture Stores. Their quality is well above other Furniture Stores. Thanks for always making shopping a pleasure!

I have made mutiple purchases through this store and have always been happy. My furniture is always delivered when they say it will be, everyone is always courteous and helpful. I have referred numerous friends and family members to them as well and they have made purchases too. I love the people, merchandise and prices at Furniture King and I WILL BE BACK!!!

Ordered a speacial order sofa, love and dinning set, went to seven different stores they had the best price,and that is what I was looking for.When it was delivered they took my old sofa for me because I had no way to get it to the dump.Great service!!

Im happy thats all that matters.

BAD, BAD, BAD! Ordered an L-Sh...

BAD, BAD, BAD! Ordered an L-Shaped Sofa at ($800) and a Coffee Table at ($300). I was told it would take up to 2 weeks to receive my furniture. At 3 weeks finally received the sofa and received 2 right side cushions, and my coffee table was the wrong table. They did see right away that the cushions were wrong, so they did say they would put the order in the morning and would be here within the week, but the coffee table would take longer only because it was ordered wrong from the store. 5 days goes by so I decided to call and find out where my furniture was, I was told it had not came in yet and they would call as soon as they received it. Another week goes by and I have not received one phone call, so I called again. Now it has been over 4 weeks now and I am told as of today that my cushion will be delivered tomorrow. I asked them “what about my coffee table?” and they said hopefully by next week they will receive it. I told them “just forget it I want my money back for the coffee table”. I get the run around like “we can give you the display in the store at 10% off “or $175 back. So I explained to them to look at the receipt because I paid $300 for it and I want that back plus the sales tax! They said the sales guy in the store said he gave it to you for $175 and that’s all you would get. I would not get off the phone until I received every penny I paid for that table; it took well over an hour for them to finally agree that I would get back $300 plus tax. This has been just a nightmare for me; over a simple small sofa and coffee table. I will never walk into there again.
