Excellent service willing to go the extra mile

WORST AUTO SHOP AROUND!



Went in to have a hole put on and a belt replaced. The guy that was checking in customers was extremely rude and seemed to be inconvenienced by me being there. Meanwhile the guys in the garage were all standing around joking and talking while cars are on the lifts. After I get my car checked in, I leave. I was told 2 hours. I called 2 1/2 hours later to be informed that the belt I needed they didn't have and they had to get from another shop and it should be there. They said one more hour. 20 minutes later they said that the hose I needed they also didn't have and would have to get from another shop. 2 more hours. At this time, the cost jumped from around $200 to over $500. I told them I had to make a phone call. When I called back the shop, I told them to stop the work and to put my car back together because I was getting it towed to another shop. The guy on the phone asked me why and I told him because I found someone who will do it for half the cost. He proceeded to laugh and say "whatever" under his breath.



When my dad when to pick up my vehicle, we were being charged $89.99 for diagnostic work. HOW RIDICULOUS!!!



WORST customer service. WORST prices. WORST shop. DO NOT provide service to this place! They care about money, not about your safety, livelihood, or anything else besides the business. No honest work done here.
