If you need urgent care avoid this practice like the plague! I was seen by Dr. Erickson on Wednesday and he told me I need hysterectomy ASAP. I'm having SEVERE pain, cramping and abnormal bleeding. I called for pain meds on Thursday and was finally told at 4:10 a prescription is at the front office, but they close in 20 minutes. I couldn't make it there with only 20 minutes notice. I went there the next morning at 7:30 and the prescription was not there as promised. Kelly was supposed to take care of it, but I was told she "forgot about it" before she went home for the day. I explained that I'm in severe pain and that I need help urgently to both the receptionist and another woman at the front desk. After being told after waiting 20 minutes that no one would be in to take care of this until later in the morning I went home, but immediately called the practice and left voice mail messages for both Kelly and office manager Joyce. It's now after 5 pm on Friday and they have not contacted me about pain meds. Now I'm left twisting in the wind in horrible pain all weekend. I've just checked Yelp reviews for this practice and they got bad ratings for customer service. Wish I went to Yelp and other review websites first before I made an appointment and had to wait 2 weeks to get in even though I clearly explained when making the appointment the urgency of be seen by a doctor immediately.
