I was grateful to have the opportunity to get help with my hand issues. I was friendly to the person who assessed me. I can't remember her name, a blonde woman. From the start of her assessment, she was unfriendly towards me, curt and annoyed at my questions. I thought, uh oh, is she a women who does not like other women? It was disappointing to have a health provider be annoyed with me when I am seeking help. I returned for my second visit and when I saw the blonde, I smiled and said hi, she gave me a curt hi. She was treating a nice looking young man, laughing talking, smiling. More into men patients? They told me to do my exercises, which I had only been shown once and I was not sure that I was doing them properly. At my request they watched. The blonde worked on me for five minute, seemed annoyed, a one hour treatment done in 45 minutes. Why would a health care provider take my money and then be annoyed to treat me? I want help not negativity.
