Went there for the first time because I needed money to fix my car. They were very helpful and friendly. I walked out knowing that everything would be ok.

THOSE GURLS LOOK HOT THO!! =) AND THEY'RE KIND THEY TRY TO DO FAST CUSTOMER SERVICE

First of all this place is SO unprofessional.. They have nothing but girls who look and act like they just came out of high school. They never give you the right answer and if they dont know they just tell you something completely incorrect and you pay for the mistakes they make! Now is probably a good time to add that upon one of the mistakes, lets just say, in talking to a manager I specifically said "So what you are telling me is that Buckeye Checksmart, as a company, takes no responsibility for their actions and mistakes and I have to pay for the mistake that YOUR employee made? Is that what you are telling me?" and the reply the MANAGER gave me was.. "That is correct"... Dont do it! There are many other places that would be happy to help you and not worry you about paying for someone else's mistakes!!

I CALLED TO GET A QUOTE ON CHECK CASHING AND THE GAL WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE (AT 11:05 AM ON MEMORIAL DAY) SAID SHE WAS NOT PERMITTED TO GIVE ME ANY QUOTES OVER THE PHONE, THAT I WOULD HAVE TO COME IN AND THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY I COULD FIND OUT WHAT THE RATES ARE. THEN WHY HAVE A WEBSITE WITH A TELEPHONE NUMBERIF THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATIVE INFORMATION OVER THE PHON? WHAT A WASTED CALL AND HOW DISAPPOINTING, AND NOT TO MENTION EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. WHY ADVERTISE ANY SERVICES IF YOU CAN NOT CALL FIRST TO DETERMINE IF THE RATE IS RIGHT FOR YOU. IT LEAVES ME VERY CAUTIOUS OF THE UNDERLYING FINE PRINT THAT MAY BE ATTACHED TO ANY DEALING WITH THIS PLACE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BOTHER. THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS.

A emplyee by the name of sandy call my place of business looking for an emplyee of mine and when I tryed to explain that this is a business not a personal number and not to call she called me a BITCH! Very unperfesional
