Provided by YP.comThe old dude who sadly appeared to manage the place is also the main reason no civil conduct of behavior or professional decorum is evident among any of the employees there(with the exception of Alan (sp?)). Do your job. It shouldn't take three weeks to order a simple damn phone battery. And I'll just take my own thanks from your absent product or ordering specialist for getting a battery on your shelves which since you were all so busy learning how more rudely you can engage customers than working on deficiencies in the store. This is not caveat emptor. It's grow up. And yeah, the blatant zero of forethought is awesome viewing the wall full of laptop batteries. New order of wasted product. Get more green devices.
