I am in Afghanistan and ordered flowers from this place via 1800flowers.com for my wife on her college graduation day. The flowers were not delivered on the agreed upon date. The flowers were supposed to be a surprise but my wife instead received a call from 1800flowers customer service stating that the flowers would not be delivered that day. Surprise ruined. My wife then called the florist, Flowerama of Glendale, AZ, and insisted that they be delivered that day, not two days later as told. A man claiming to be the owner of the store lobbed some "F-bombs" at my wife and hung up. I will never do business with Flowerama of Glendale, AZ again, and neither should you.
