We rented a pop-up camper and received a walk through on the way out. However, when we returned the camper there was no inventory or review of the camper when we returned. Instead, I was asked if it was Okay and it was. We returned all the items and cleaned it before we returned it. I received a call later that day claiming that a hand-crank was missing. I called back to say there was no inventory done when I could witness it so I should not be responsible for something they lost because all the items were left inside when I returned the camper. My recommendation is if you go with Art’s, don’t leave the business until they review the rental to complete the return process and don’t allow them to do it later when you aren’t there for their convenience.

I would never recommend buying an rv from them. We were told the one we were coming to look at and hopefully buy. Was in getting cleaned and checked over. What a joke! There was nothing clean about it. Not only that but the awning was bad, they filled expired propane tanks, step was broke. We did buy it but when we got home the poop tank was full and dried out. Now the gage won't work. Water tank gage don't work. And the floor was rotted. We drove 3 1/2 hours up there because we loved the pictures of it and the lay out. We had talked to them several times before we went. Told it was clean and every thing worked great. Not even close.

1st this place doesn't do what they say they will do.2nd they don't return phone calls. . . . .3rd The don't inform you that they have sold your RV, you need to see for your self.4th they still haven't given me the money from the sale.5th they are now trying to give me less than promised.6th I have Many other complaints. I will not recommend them for repairs or sales!

I rented a motorhome from Arts RV and the customer service was amazing. It started off with a phone conversation just for gerneral information and by the end of the call I was convinced that this was the place I was going. I was greeted as I entered and everything was very simple and organized. I was given a great demonstration on how to operate the vehicle and I was on my way. Everything went smoothly for my entire trip and when I returned it was just as great. I greatly appreciate all the personal assistance and knowledge I received from many individuals at Arts RV. Thank you, and I definately recommend Arts RV for your source of RV needs wether it be parts, and service, and exspecially rental needs.

Installation staff DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH, probably paid 2.50/hr. Staff VERY RUDE, and don't seem to care about helping you unless you want to spend 100k on a motor home. SAVE TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Highly recommended for all your RV needs. Great service dept. I bought a class C motor home from them that was on consignment and they made sure everything was perfect on it before taking delivery. I wish buying a car was this easy and pleasurable.
