Provided by YPmobileI am gonna buy an x6 instead of my range rover. I left my car to be serviced there and each time they al we ays do a lousy job. I had to go over my vehicle to make sure that they did the work that they were supposed to have done. I thought that range rover is supposed to be a rop car with top service but this place is garbage. I worather take my car to a moms and pops garage at least i will get better service. The manager is an arrogant prick. They cost ne 5000 dollars in 1 month becuase the y did not inspect my bearings propery and after it got service rhe following week. It came back on a tow truck. I was interested in getting a 2014 sport sc but im turned off becuase of their service.!!!!

Provided by YP.comLand Rover Long Island (Glen Cove) prides itself on "Outstanding" service. Unfortunately this has NOT been my experience with this dealership. I have had numerous difficulties with my 2011 Range Rover Autobiography, a Special Edition model, and with this dealership. I chose this luxury SUV because the style and size of this vehicle was applicable to my work, which frequently requires that I transport large items. I have had numerous experiences where Land Rover Glen Cove provided an inexpensive Enterprise loaner or a small LR2 or an Evoque, all of which made it impossible for me to fulfill my job obligations. This cost me both money and time. I am thankful, after many service situations, they finally provided a Range Rover Sport as a replacement vehicle.
During the course of my lease, and subsequent ownership, of the Range Rover Autobiography I have had ongoing problems with the suspension and transmission. When they tested the system this last time they required that I bring in my stock wheels so that they could evaluate the issues with the original components. It seemed odd that a Land Rover dealership did not have stock wheels for one of their own vehicles. I was obliged to bring the wheels in which impacted my work schedule. Furthermore, after waiting two days, Land Rover Glen Cove advised me that they required the stock lug nuts, also because the dealership did not have that item either. It was necessary that I took another trip to the dealership to bring the lugs, while losing out on even more work.
It is also important to note that I only had the after market wheels on the vehicle for less then a month prior to bringing the vehicle in for service, and the suspension and transmission issues were evident for the entire time I had the vehicle. This Range Rover Autobiography has been in and out of Land Rovers service shop frequently because the aforementioned suspension and transmission issues.
Now they are claiming that the upgraded wheels, are the cause of my suspension issues and refused to put them back on my car and said it can void my warranty if they do. I had suspension and transmission issues that were present from early on, certainly prior to any upgrades on the wheels. It seems that this dealership, that prides itself on "Outstanding" service, has a primary objective of denying any responsibility for this customer's care.
It is also notable that I have found nicks and scratches on various parts of my vehicle upon inspection after Land Rover Glen Cove performed service. The service department begrudgingly made the necessary repairs only after I posted my concerns with Land Rover Corporate or on social media channels.
I have been a loyal Land Rover customer and owner since 2007 and this is my second Range Rover however, my experiences with this Range Rover and the service department of Land Rover Glen Cove has caused me to reconsider. This car has required service very often. I would appreciate it if I could trade this "LEMON” in for its full original value plus whatever the difference is towards purchasing a brand new full size Range Rover Supercharged. I believe that the Range Rover is a great car. I don't want the difficulties with this Range Rover and the frustrations of both myself and the dealership to discourage me from having an "Outstanding" experience with another Range Rover in the immediate future.
