THE WORST POOL COMPANY EVER!! We pre-paid (which is partially my fault) for opening, chemicals and service for the year and then closing of our pool. After accepting our check and confirming our time and day that they would come each week, we barely ever saw them. Very inexperienced workers who knew nothing of a salt generated pool even though we had been assured they did. I have done the chemicals in our pool for the past several years and have never had to put in shock. Well, that is all they ever put in. 4 freaking gallons at a time which meant we had to wait a few day to get in. Then, within a day the pool was dirty and cloudy again. We had a huge amount of algae this year which we had never had and instead of an algaecide, they used shock. They took a three week hiatus without informing us, left all of their trash in our pool area and never showed up on time let alone the right day. These guys should be put out of business and I would never recommend them. EVER. Terrible service and terrible customer carer

The prices are too high. I was in there a few weeks ago and they sold some stuff to clear up a pool to a lady. The price was $50. I looked online for the cost to buy there and it was $28 and free shipping.
