I have been going to this place for the last several years. I have never had any problems until now. I was mislead by the preparer and when I called to ask questions they said all they can say is sorry. Well sorry doesn't always make things better. When you tell someone their money will be there and it isn't, that doesn't make me happy. I just think the preparer should know a little more about what's going on his place of employment.
