So if you buy a car (very expensive) and drive it off the lot and case it than it is the dealers responsibility to replace it?

The lady was nice but I bought the Ravens mug and ravens coffee cup I dropped it so I call them up and let her know I dropped the mug and she basically said its your problem all you can do is buy a new one.... Keep in mind its a 18 dollar coffee mug you paid good money for..so if you buy anything expensive then don't brake or drop it cuz they won't help you a little
