I called to make an apt a few days ago. I call to confirm she returns my call at 10 pm to say they can't get in touch with the braider and to small before my apt. I text to see if they are going to show up for my apt and she tells me no. Like wtf am I suppose to do now. I can see if my apt was last minute but it was made well in advance

This was the worse experience i have ever had getting my hair done. The stylist was 45 minutes late, we had to take a break so she could pick up her kids from somewhere. I understand that, but there was someone else there that told her after she came back that she could have gotten them or continued to work on my hair while she was gone, but no, I was sitting there for at least 30 minutes waiting. It took 9 hours to do my hair and I was charged more because I have thick and long hair. I would have been fine with this if I had known ahead of time...but I was told this when she was almost done with my hair and I brought cash. This place sucks. DO NOT GO HERE.

Unprofessional, they do what they want to your hair vs the PICTURE that is shown. Save your edges and your money!!!

The braiders are very unprofessional. They take their time when preparing to do your hair. No customer service at all!

1st time I went they were in Jessup and the service was good. When i went back with them in GB the stylist was 3hrs late and only wanted to give me $10 off my hair then tried to convince me to get something diff bcuz it was faster. The braids were good but the customer service sucked

They cut corners by parting the hair in larger sections in the back than in the front, which means less braids. That, of course, means a hairstyle that appears less full than it should. The manager is very argumentative when confronted and makes excuses for their bad business practices. Too expensive for the quality given. Beware and take your business elsewhere!

I recently took out the bag of hair that I took to the salon out of the trunk and noticed that only 3.5 packs of hair out of the 7 I brought were used! Also, the hairstyle only took a little over 5 hours to complete with just one person. Now that I look over my head, I am noticing where short cuts were taken and more braids should have been created. Hairstyle is passable, but should be fuller. Definitely not worth $170!
