Called Kelbie roofing to give me a quote on what I thought was a leaking roof. I was contacted by the owner, Mike Kelbie within a reasonable manner. Mr. Kelbie informed me that the roof needed to be coated (4yrs since the last coat) but the mortar on the bricks was faulty, thus causing water to leak into my kitchen. Other roofing contractors told me it was a faulty roof even though the point of origin did not make sense to me. After talking to Mr. Kelbie, now I believe that the other roofing companies were just trying to take my money instead of fixing the actual problem. Mr. Kelbie was the only one with a sensible explanation as to why water was leaking in my kitchen. He gave me a good deal on sealing and waterproofing my bricks as well as coating the roof.
