DO NOT GO HERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR AN EYE EXAM EVERY TIME YOU WANT TO RE-ORDER CONTACTS. They will not let you re-order more contacts unless you come in and Pay for another exam. I just came in for an exam 2 Months ago, prescriptions are valid for a Year, but the manager insists that the doctor must see you again before you can order more contacts. I shouldn't have to pay for an eye exam again when I just did 2 months ago and my prescription even says right on it "valid for one year" . It's just a scam to get more money out of you, when I'm re-ordering contacts they aren't making any money off of me. So I called 1800contacts to try to order through them, they put me on hold to call foreyes to verify my prescription, and foreyes wouldn't verify my prescription for them. So I'm stuck not being able to order more contacts unless I pay for another eye exam, so i'm def going somewhere else, so this doesn't happen every time I need to order more contacts.
