On the coldest day of the year my furnace decided to go up. Searched a few different places with no luck but was able to find the parts needed here. Was a big help and will return in the future.

SUPPORT HIM AND YOU WILL SAVE TONS OF MONEY WITH THE PARTS YOU DON'T BUY, AND NOT BUYING THE WRONG PARTS ! HE DESERVES OUR COMMUNITIES SUPPORT HANDS DOWN !

Wouldn't you know with my luck in 2010 I get a call from my husband at 11:30am on Xmas Eve telling me that the heating element went bad in the stove. It was a Sears stove and upon contacting the parts dept they were closed on Xmas Eve. I called my brother-in-law to tell him we needed to make arrangements for dinner somewhere else and he said give me the part number and I will call around. He found Frank at the Appliance Parts Depot who had 4 in stock. At 3pm on Xmas Eve the turkey and ham were being cooked. What a saviour....We own a small business also but my husband's bday is Xmas Eve and we close for this day. Thank God that this small business owner was open and made our Xmas eve dinner possible.

over the last 10 years the owner has helped me fix and maintain washers, dryers, refrigerators. All businesses should be this knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommend them.

after spending time online I went over to Appliance Parts Depot--------------the guy told me what part I probably needed and sold it to me for $6 cheaper than online price.............and that didn't include what I would have paid for shipping! Next time I'll save time and go there first.

They have always had what I need at a good price and has never sold me something I didn't need. They have also help with what you need to do to do the repair yourself. It is the only place I call for parts.
