Provided by YP.comI took my car to Pep Boys in Glassboro today for new brakes. Brian, the service manager, was terrific! I dropped my car off and got picked up to go to work. He promised me that he'd have someone bring the car right in. By noon, the car was done and I got ride back to pick it up. This is the first time any place ever told me I might need something extra that's very costly and then called me back and told me there was good news - I didn't need it (calipers)!! Brian was extremely cheerful, congenial, and dealt with me honestly. I've never had a repair go so smoothly. The quality of the work done was excellent, also! I'll be going back there in about a month for tires.
