I MUST say, everything about Randall and his company, has been a totally positive experience! His first job for me was to tile over a brick fireplace. I called numerous other companies, 90% of those tile companies wouldn't or couldn't even quote a price to tile a simple fireplace, something I thought would be as common as a shower or backsplash, but apparently not!
Randall is very personable, while being completely professional. His quotes are most reasonable, and he explains the details of his prices, while offering suggestions and options of ideas, that I had not considered, or even knew existed. His capabilities seem to be endless, I believe he can accomplish any task that comes before him. He is very meticulous and detailed oriented, he takes his time to conclude with a "job well done," while striving for perfection. It is important to Randall, to clean up any mess he feels he created, every day before leaving the work area. He stays focused on his work and is conscientious with his work time. He always shows up at the time he says, and communicates with customer, even during non-business hours, if necessary.
While trying to decide on a tile pattern for my fireplace, he sensed my bewilderment, and he offered suggestions, then, he went the extra mile, and instead of settling for the easy out, he put off starting the project and drove to Lowes to purchase the perfect solution, to assure that I was going to be satisfied with the finished product. This was an outstanding attribute, especially, knowing that this was a small job, and definitely wasn't making him much money. This said a lot for this man and his business. His number one priority is his customer! He is professional, very friendly, and always willing to accommodate the customers needs. He taught me much in the short time that he was working on my fireplace. He is willing to educate and share his expertise. I wasn't even aware that he does the numerous other projects that he doesn't individually advertise, so anything that I plan in the future, my first call will always be to Randall. ( And I honestly believe, that will probably be the only call I will need to make. ) I highly recommend Randall to anyone who is considering home/project improvement, and I recommend to consider him for any project that you may be considering. He is fantastic! Thank you Randall for being honest, for your work ethnic, and for your knowledge and capabilities!
