Provided by YPmobileJust move to Gladewater heard a lot about West Pacific pizza. I have order four or five times, either they forgot something on my order. Food was cold, owner was rude on phone. Will never order from them again.......

Provided by YPmobileLiving in Gladewater, it's hard to find good pizza without it being a chain, and even so they do not deliver for free. Great crust, cheese, and toppings!

In my opinion if you have kids and are a pizza lover, this is the place to go in Gladewater. Or you could go to Pizza Hut but it is overpriced and way too greasy. West Pac also has an arcade for the kids or the kid in us all:)

Provided by YPmobileI was actually placing a order for delivery. At the beginning of the conversation the woman was very rude! Then it got worse from there. Once I went to place my order the woman told me that a trip charge of $5 will be added to your bill. I began to ask for what. She states because o where you live. I was like ma'am I live 6 miles from you. She went on to tell me that the drivers are paying there own gas money. I said well that isn't my problem that is the problem o the business to deal with. She then pursues to tell me how much gas in at the moment, like I'm unaware! Needless to say I will never eat at this restaurant because of the rude an unprofessional employee that obviously dislikes their job and to the business that is too cheap to have a company vehicle to deliver the food to consumers.
I am sorry I didn't see this review earlier, I would have responded immediately. I am also sorry we didn't explain ourselves better. We deliver for free in town and do have a fuel charge for out of town orders to ensure the driver's are fairly compensated for the miles they drive. Other pizza places merely refure to deliver more than just a few miles away. We do this to allow a choice for our customers who are a little further out.

Provided by YP.comGreat service (polite and professional)......Great PIZZA!! Enjoy a great lunch (or supper) in Gladewater Texas at West Pacific Pizza. The prices appeared to me to be very reasonable for the product. I'm a local merchant down town. Mine was delivery....so good.
