Rice Avenue Middle School, located in Girard, Pa., provides a safe learning environment for children. Rice Avenue Middle School provides student assistant program, which is a formal and systematic approach to the early identification and intervention of students who are at risk due to drug, mental health and other problems. It provides a wide range of programs and activities, such as after school tutoring program, clubs and band, student council, parent-teacher association, and field trips and outdoor activities.
