I have used Worona home inspections for clients and always had positives reviews. They are quick to schedule and always on time. Great in depth reports and no unnecessary information. Highly recommend Worona to anyone!

I am new to the Youngstown area and needed a home inspection to determine whether or not I should purchase a home or if it had major problems. I chanced upon Worona in my search results and gave them a call. He said he knew about slate roofs - something I needed, so I booked him. I arrived at the house 5 minutes before the appointment - he was already there, already taking a look at what was needed. He and his son-in-law were thorough, professional and timely. He was able to recommend the local contractors I need, without pushing any friends or family - in fact he didn't suggest we talk to his son, who specializes in mold removal, because we could do it ourselves. The next day, I received an e-mailed report, and a day later, the bound and printed version. I can't recommend this company enough. They were trustworthy, didn't try a bunch of scare tactics to push business to contractors for a kickback- definitely trustworthy. Price: He gave me a better deal because the water and gas were turned off and we couldn't test those things. It's a big home and he was very reasonable. However, I couldn't put a price on the peace of mind that his report gave me. Recommended.

the inspector at this company has a very unacceptable behavior... the information contained in his home inspection report is not 100% accurate... we had an inspection done with this company and he stated that there were "some older wood windows" in the house which is kind of funny that he took a picture of them to attach but even in the picture you can clearly see that they are vinyl... just fyi they were installed 5 years ago... every window in the house was done at the same time, with the same company and were all vinyl windows... have the receipt to prove it too... this one you may get a kick out of- on the driveway section it asked what sort of driveway it is- well you see it is a driveway that is 1 car wide with a third of it wide enough to park 2 cars... you can park 5 cars easily in this driveway to give you an idea of how big it is so you couldn't mistake what the driveway is... he marks the blacktop box on the report- interesting enough it is concrete and always has been since the day it was put in.. it has never seen anything of a blacktop material or sealer.. i could spend hours going on and on picking everything apart that may seem to be a minor mistake but a mistake is an oopsy not something that causes a bank to refuse financing for someone because the property is deemed inhabitable when someone lives there... very insulting, not professional and overall not a company that even should be allowed to justify who gets to purchase and live in what house... the bbb has a clean record on them because they only supply the buyers with the ability to file a complaint- well if you cant figure that out- the buyers dont know what is a lie and the truth so they have no choice but to hope he isnt lying... cant file a complaint when you dont know what you are complaining about... think again before you call this company... it may jeopardize a very big decision in your life
