Our furnace went out today while at work, and we called bear heating, since they had already technically closed for the day, they had their on call technician call us to try to trouble shoot over the phone. The technician called quickly, the gentleman we spoke with was Cameron Harden (sorry if I misspell your name Cameron). We are SO thankful we called Bear. Cameron was so helpful and courteous while walking us through everything over the phone. He knew what he was talking about, and had our heat up and running again with in 15 minutes. Cam, you’re awesome! We appreciate your patience and courtesy! Thank you again so much! Because of Cam, we will recommend Bear to everyone we know. If it weren’t for him, we would be freezing our butts off until someone could get out here!

Needed new furnace this past winter they came and installed it the next day the crew was very solid and they were careful not to make a mess. They also corrected some mistakes ( gas shut off & electrical switch) made on the prior installation. I honestly barely knew they were here and they stayed focused on getting heat back on. Would and have recommended them to friends and family.

Have the Dominion Services Heating and Cooling coverage. Had an issue with the furnace and called Dominion who contacted Bear. They sent a tech out who said it was fine, just dirty. He cleaned the contacts, collectde the $25 service fee and left never once double checking to see if it all worked (you know, turn the thermostat off and on to see if everything fires up!) . 30 min later neither the furnace nor the A/C worked - called Bear to notify them that the issue was not resolved and was told since the A/C is affected, we need to call Dominion to get a new work order - even though the A/C worked prior to their tech touching it! Needless to say, another $25 later ... I do not trust that this isn't a scam to get money out of Dominion and it is the consumer that ends up paying. If it weren't for the fact that Dominion uses them, I would NEVER have them touch my furnace or A/C again! The only reason they even get 1 star is because you have to click something ino order to leave a review.
