I’ll start with the positives: Noel is very sweet and shows a lot of care towards the dogs. I appreciate that because my pup can be shy when left in new places. I’ve also heard amazing reviews about the doggy day care and boarding services, and felt very secure in my use of their grooming services via what was boasted on their website about their award winning groomer....

Now the not so positive: I’m sure the awards won for grooming service were not for their work on long haired/furred Dogs. I have a long haired dauschund and when I originally called to make an appointment I was assured that “Yes, we schedule a lot of long haired doxies for grooming.”
I felt very comfortable hearing this and booked the appointment for my boy. Upon drop off, I was asked what I wanted done, and me, thinking that surely they have done this work before said “As short as you can.” (Yes, shame on me for not clarifying. I take responsibility for that.) What I got at the end of the grooming session looks nothing like a long haired doxie... he is trimmed “as short as possible”, yes. In a manner that makes him look unrecognizable to his breed and down right unhealthy.

His fur is uneven in many spots, some areas retaining their length while others are shaved to his skin. He doesn’t have that clean “just groomed” smell to him and instead makes me wonder if he was bathed at all, or just immediately shaved down. (Which is upsetting because I was told “I’ll give him a nice oatmeal bath” for his minor skin allergies)
The unevenness of the fur is really the concerning part. Thankfully his face was spared from the clippers, but all down his back and shoulders (areas that should be easy to even out) are all different lengths and will now grow back strangely.

Bad hair cuts and miscommunications happen, but for the price and promise I don’t feel that the quality lives up to what is boasted. We won’t be returning.

I highly recommend Trifecta Kennels. We have boarded and used their puppy daycare and we always love seeing our boy playing with his friends in the field. He always gets excited to see the staff who know us by name and get just as happy seeing our pup. I also recommend them grooming your dog. Noel the groomer is patient and gives my boy a great cut. My 3 1/2 year old golden retriever Murphy has been going to Trifecta Kennels for training, boarding, grooming and doggie day-care since he has been 8 weeks old, and he absolutely LOVES IT! The experienced staff are professional and extremely knowledgable. They are passionate about the safety and well-being of the dogs coming to their facilities.
There is nowhere else I would trust with the care of my four-legged family member.

We board our three Labs at Trifecta Kennel whenever we are in Pennsyvania. Our dogs get loving, quality care. We can relax anytime we are away and they are at Trifecta Kennels. They always smell great too, no neglected urine smell you hear about at some kennels!! We highly recommend Trifecta Kennels. And their groomer , Noel is great too!

I take my dog pretty much everywhere I go and we always get comments on how nice she is and so well behaved! I share with everyone that it's all thanks to Trifecta! Lisa, Grace, Mare, and Noel are all knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and kind trainers that trained me to have this wonderful companion. Each and everyone has gone above and beyond when we needed it! Their daycare program is also wonderful for socialization and exercise. This is a first rate operation and is the place to go for you and your pooch!

Whenever people meet my dogs, they say "Wow, I wish my dogs were as well behaved as yours". I always let them know that I train at Trifecta Kennels where the obedience classes are the best! I also board all 3 of my dogs at Trifecta because I know that they will be safe, well cared for and will have a large area to exercise. My golden retrievers are groomed at Trifecta--Noel does a great job. I highly recommend Trifecta Kennels!

Trifecta Kennels is a great place to bring your dog. They offer daycare, boarding, training classes, grooming, bathing, the whole 9 yards. I have had the pleasure of working there for over a year now and it is incredible how much all of the staff, including myself, love and care for the dogs that stay there. The safety and well being of the dogs is their number one priority and they make sure that every dog is properly taken care of and happy. There's no place like trifecta kennels when it comes to caring for your dog.

I discovered Trifecta Kennels about a year ago, and I have been more than pleased ever since. They offer so many helpful and convenient services including daycare, training, grooming, and classes in addition to boarding. I can truly tell that each and every one of the members at Trifecta care about their customers and pets. They are extremely serious in enforcing rules for the safety and well-being of the dogs. The owners have been in the business for a while, and there is no other Kennel that I would trust.

Trifecta has been a kennel my family has taken our dogs to for many years. They are always professional and do a great job taking care of the dogs. The dogs always have fun and they post pictures on facebook so we can watch them play while we are gone. Love it here!

Never again! I dropped off my dog to get trimmed/groomed and to my surprise, it cost twice what they quoted me. It might have been a little tolerable if my dog was groomed nicely, but my baby looked hideous after they were finished with him. The groomer argued with me and then, the owner argued with me about the price. It was a terrible experience for me and my dog! Beware of this place!

The staff was polite and courteous. They are all very experienced and patient. My dog can be very fussy when grooming but they had such wonderful patience with him. All of the dogs were happy and playful. They can run around a large field and play. On hot days they even have a doggy pool to cool off. Wonderful place overall.

I know everytime i drop Thor off at Trifecta , that he will be well taken care of. the owners have over 30 years experience in the dogworld and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable too. they go the extra mile to make my dog comfortable and their groomer, Noel will also throw in a complementary bath , especially on long stays! I know my thor is safe at Trifecta!

I recently moved to the poconos and was referred here by my vet who thinks very highly of Trifecta. I am so lucky to have trifecta as a second home for my Millie. the owners and staff are very caring and loving with all the dogs! They are always ready to meet Millie at my car! She loves them too!

I've been using trifecta for 20 years and now my 3rd generation of dogs stay at trifecta. The staff is friendly and caring. my dogs are always treated like family. Trifetca has gone above and beyond to make my dogs comfortable and their was time when i had an emergency situation and had to board my dogs last minute. the owners took them right away and said don't worry about them, you take care of your family and we will keep them as long as you need. i can not tell you how much that eased my anxiety and knowing that trifecta will always be their for me. trifecta is not just a boarding kennel but a team of dedicated workers who love dogs!

Trifecta is a wonderful place to board your pets and they provide daycare and grooming services. The staff are wonderful and caring. They have a five acre fenced in area for daycare. I have been taking my dog Balto here for the past 6 years and he is always excited to be there. I would reccomend this facility to anyone.

Great place for your dog to stay and also train. Have been taking my dog there for 5 years and she loves it. She hears the word "daycare" and she goes right to the car. This is a sure sign that she loves it there. The staff is great and owners awesome! Learned how to train my dog and now have a great dog thanks to training. Train, Don't complain!!

I have been bringing stella to trifecta since she was a pup and she is 9 years old. Lisa and Grace are very dedicated to the well being of Stella and the staff is great. She has many doggie friends there and has a great time

if you need a place to leave your dogs, use trifecta- great caring staff, just great people. I use them for training and boarding and we are on our second generation dogs, so we go back 15 years of service Jenny C
