This company got instructed by Lowes as part of our warranty with a scheduled appointment.

Nobody ever showed up so we contacted these people to ask where they are. They responded,

that they would not work for us since they had problems with us before. I have never used or seen this company

before in my life and was shocked at their response. They did not even wanted to talk to us and tell us what was going on. If you can avoid this company do so. I have never seen a ruder person anywhere in "SERVICE"

I dont think this conversation ever took place.Wirth appliance has bin around for over 50 yrs and that is not the way we do business.
