Disappointed in Chandler

I went into Whitfill Nursery on Cooper and Guad. in Gilbert Az on March 30th, 2011 to purchase a specific tree. They didn't have the one that I wanted, but I found other possibilities. I made a purchase in excess of $5000. Since the pricing seemed excessive, on my way home stop at a few other places. Every place that I stopped, Moon Valley Nursery to Walmart was less expensive. The next day I revised my plant order with Whitfill. The order was now appx. $3500. I went into the nursery to make sure the credit was done. I was told nothing had been done as far as a credit, but now they would take of it. I left, waited for several days for a call from them for my install of my larger trees. Nothing, no call and no credit showing on my card. I called Whitfill, told them I wanted to cancel my order, except for one tree, and I would order the rest when my card was credited. To date, it's Apr. 17th, no credit, and when I called they hung up on me when trying to discuss the matter.
