Tanner carver is by far the best customer service rep that I’ve had the pleasure of being assisted by! She went above and beyond just to make sure my order came on time so I could make it to the track today. Starting off I’ve ran into a few issues but they were quickly resolved on the best manner available. If I buy another product from vivid racing I’d deff hope to speak with her again! I’d recommend promotion due to her fast wits and extraordinary commitment to her customers and employer. Thank you very much I am highly satisfied with my purchase and I can’t wait to buy more

I Ordered at Set of Coilovers for My Lexus is250 AWD. Anyone who has a Lexus already Knows how hard it is and the Limited Selection of Aftermarket QUALITY Parts for Our Cars! Either way we had an Issue where the Specific Coilovers I Ordered were on Backorder and I was Really on a Fairly Tight Deadline with this Specific Upgrade because I had a High School Reunion to Attend. I COULD LITERALLY GO ON FOREVER ABOUT WHAT A FABULOUS JOB THEY DID IN MAKING SURE THAT BASICALLY THEY HAD MINE MADE EARLY BY THE MANUFACTURER. ABOUT 8-10 WEEKS EARLY TO BE EXACT! BEN PRAIRIE & I hope I spelled his name correctly should be named Customer Service Representative of the Year for VIVID RACING!!! The Man Personally went above and beyond in every facet of this process that I CAN'T THANK VIVID RACING OR BEN P. ENOUGH SINCERELY! What he did besides getting My Coilovers to me ahead of schedule was GAIN A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! COMPANY SENDS DAMAGED PARTS AND UR STUCK WITH THEM...Saw vividracing build on wide fender flare on focus ST. Car looked great,so i ordered the set off their site for $1,000.00. So called easy fit, opened box to fairings with scrapes and gouges in parts & fairings that dont fit.. customer service is charging me 25% restocking fee + shipping. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!

I took a leap of faith ordering my wheels from Vivid Racing. After reading both negative and positive reviews, I still went ahead and made a call to place an order on a set of WORK KIWAMI 18x9.5 in bronze. I called their sales department around mid-June, sadly they said WORK USA won't have those wheels available again until mid-August. They could however place an order and all they would need is that I pay half of the cost now and the other half once the wheels ship. Jacky Jakeo (jacky@vividracing.com) was the sales representative that placed my order and kept me informed throughout the entire

process all the way until delivery. He was even able to accommodate/order the exact lug nuts and center caps that I wanted. The best part was that I got all the items (wheels, WORK lug nuts, center caps, and hubcentric rings) well below retail and ALL with FREE SHIPPING (AZ to KY)! I couldn't be anymore happier with my decision to do business with VR and I will definitely make them my first choice when to comes to ordering car parts :)

Don't EVER order from Vivid Racing!!!

Here is my short-er :lol: version of how they porked me over :mad::mad::mad:



I called and spoke to Jade a couple days ago in RE: an APR wind splitter I saw on their site.



On the site it's listed as $306 and there is a coupon code for $10% off making it $275.40 then add in shipping. I called and spoke to Jade, he quoted me $325.40 shipping included. I agreed, gave him my card # & shipping info and we made the deal. Jade called me that night to confirm that my car was a WRX and not an STi and said it would be a couple days & I would have it. My card was charged the $325.40 on the 3rd.

I got this email on the 3rd:



I just got a call from APR Performance, they are telling me standard shipping is $124 for this item.

I would love to stick to my quote on shipping but shipping has to honestly be paid either way, so us eating the shipping and giving 10% off would actually end up costing us money on the transaction. Normally the shipping is $50 but APR said for this specific splitter its more because of the size.

Well, I have been looking at several websites and the highest shipping on this splitter I have found is $65. I honestly don't think this is right, you gave me a quote, we came to an agreement and I gave you my card number - there shouldn't be anymore discussion about it. Honestly, you would call me back and say great news - we charged you $20 to much for shipping so were going to refund you the money would you??? It's the same thing and not the way to do business. I have 2 WRX's and this puts a bad taste in my mouth for any future dealings with Vivid Racing.

I would be MORE than glad to sell you this part and get it on your WRX so you can be happy, but again this is what APR is telling me the shipping cost is, you are more than willing to call them yourself and inquire about the splitter and see what they would charge you for shipping cost.

Ill go ahead and refund the full amount back to your credit card so I wont have a hold on your money, until we can agree on what to do about this.

Im not going to argue with you anymore on this, I went against a lot of reviews saying your company is terrible to deal with and I should not have. Obviously I don't think this is right, and if you quote someone a price & charge them - you should have to honor that price.

I called and spoke to Shawn a customer service manager and he told me pretty much sorry about my luck they can't sell it to me for that price because they would lose money...sorry for the mix up :confused::confused:

I tried to reason with the guy, and I even told him that I have 2 WRX's and buy a lot of parts, and that I was going to put them on blast with all the forums but he didn't care. I guess Vivid Racing has enough money and doesn't need my business EVER :diaf:
