Bought a Trend home in 2015 that was built in 1996. What a joke! We recently discovered that the floor is not level, counter top on one side of the stove is 3/4 of an inch higher than the other side. We replaced the backsplash in the kitchen and of course wanted the tile level. The picture illustrates how the tile had to be cut to make this happen. This week we started painting the great room. Surprise, surprise! The walls that meet the ceiling were not taped, just butted up against the ceiling drywall. Some of the worst workmanship I have ever seen in a home!

I've lived in my Trend Home for several years now and have had no major problems. Any minor problems were immediately fixed by the company. I'm VERY satisfied with my home and have always been proud to show it off to Neighbors and Friends.

We agree with the previous review regarding Trend Homes terrible business practices.



Very disappointed in the structure of our new Trend Home. We thought since they are now out of bankruptcy their business practices would be better - we were incorrect.



My wife and I also do NOT recommend Trend Homes! We are experiencing A LOT of problems!

Trend Homes is a builder that should NOT be trusted at all!



They are very unorganized and unethical!! They have NOT changed one bit since their banckruptcy - they do terrible work and come up with excuses, instead of working with their customers!



Stay away from Trend Homes - aka - T2 Homes LLC!!!

My husband and I purchased our first "new home" in 2006. From our initial sales associate interaction to the homes quality and value we were sold on Trend Homes. Four years later in looking to move into another home, we went back to Trend Homes. With cutting edge energy efficient features to customized floor plans we have found yet... another fantastic home with quality features we both desire at a fantastic price! I would HIGHLY recommend Trend Homes to my family, friends and co-workers! Thank you!

I'm extremely satisfaction with my beautiful Trend home. Every person along the way made my buying experience a pleasure. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the attention to detail. My favorite detail is the French look of the exterior. The different exteriors are what sold me on Trend Homes from the beginning.
