The Gilbert, AZ branch of Terminix is a bait and switch operation pure and simple. They send an individual out to inspect the job, give you a price, sign a contract with you, give you a service date and you think you are good to go. The service tech comes out to your home, in this case the "boss" as he referred to himself, gives the place a quick look around, and then the fun begins. Turns out the job was priced too low and "we" need to start over with another inspection. For the sake of brevity, the "boss" says he can't get in touch with the inspector, who turns out to be a family member, to find out what he was thinking and goes on to contradict himself 3 times on price, that he is concerned about my satisfaction, that money isn't the issue, and the contract wasn't done properly. All complete nonsense and in breech of contract...zero stars
